Creating Fibre Art Inspired By Nature

It's all about the fibre passion!

We love creating using felting and weaving but also finding new ways to combine these passions and create fibre art using many techniques. We believe that the purpose of life is to LIVE it – every single day – to love what you do, and do what you love.

We find inspiration every days from my love of animals and nature. Walking in the wooded areas in and around our property is inspiring and we see something different every single day. At LuLu Bell Felting we create hand made pieces of fibre art gifts that your family, friends, or you (because we all deserve to give ourselves gifts as often as we can) can keep and cherish for a lifetime.

Everything is designed and made by at our studio near Fall River in Nova Scotia, Canada. Each piece is lovingly made with care and attention to detail using a mixture of sustainable wool and vegan fibres such as Bamboo, acrylic and Bio-nylon.

We are always extremely excited to sell one of our pieces and love wrapping up each piece with a handwritten message. We feel that the joy experienced during the creative process is imbibed in every piece we send out.

Fibre Art Supplies

Using our trusty drum carder, blending board and spinning wheel, we create fibre art supplies to help you on your fibre art journey. Supplies include hand blended art batts, Rolags, fibre papers and hand spun art yarn. If you are looking for something specific please contact us.

Weavings

Weaving's and woven wall hangings are created on a hand loom using a wide range of fibres and techniques, including some of our own hand blended hand spun yards.
